Selling our home with Kia was a great experience. He actually took the time to explain the market to us, and specifically how our neighborhood and city is looking. He explained using data when it would be the best time to list it. He created a 4-6 month plan of things that we would do on our end to prepare our house before it is listed. Then, he gave us great advice on how to prepare our property including completing minor but essential repairs/maintenance, and put us in touch with reputable contractors that did the repairs in a timely manner. Kia went above and beyond just simply doing his duties as a realtor. He helped out by referring mortgage brokers, inspectors, and insurance companies which were all great, and I saved a lot of time and headache having to find good ones.
